The Rotaract Club of Faculty of Law University of Colombo

Tailor-made for the old souls, the Rotaract Club of Faculty of Law, University of Colombo, together with the Rotary Family of Colombo East brought together ‘Timeless Classics’ on 26th November 2017 at Shangri-La Hotel Colombo. The event brought together two experts in classical music who performed well-loved tunes from old age movies. Shehara Liyanage and Soundarie David Rodrigo of Soul Sounds performed a repertoire of much loved songs during the evening followed by a guest performance of Jerome De Silva. The project was jointly carried out to raise funds for the Batticoloa Hospital and Dengue eradication efforts. The organizers believe how the above motive was successfully achieved. The night also proved to be a platform for both rotarians and rotaractors to build friendly relations.
