Elders Home Visit
Under the theme of 'We rise by lifting others', the Rotaract Club of Faculty of Law held yet another one of its community service projects on 26th January 2017 at Aloka Elder's home. The event was carried out amidst both happy and sad tears of the club members and the elderly at the Home. The event successfully provided a bridge between two generations; one of the by-gone era and another that is yet to come of age. A meal was also provided for the elderly and it helped increase awareness among the club members as to why they should not be one day sending their parents to an Elder's Home owing to a short term difficulty. The event also succeeded in throwing light to the importance of the elder generation in our community and how important it is to take care of them.
